The state-of-the-art Ariston Display & Training Vehicle (DTV) is the very latest initiative in Ariston's campaign to increase accessibility for all customers through a wider product range and improved communications.
The vehicle's striking external brand livery and flags make it easy to spot while the bright internal 'Ariston colours' create a warm and inviting interior. Designed to deliver Ariston's expertise and product knowledge direct to the customer, this impressive facility has been devised primarily as a mobile exhibition and training facility.
Information and support is provided through a variety of media including literature, presentations and video demonstrations that can be viewed in the comfortable lounge area. The vehicle is fitted with products representing the complete Ariston range of SEDBUK Band A gas boilers, wired and wireless controls, stainless steel unvented cylinders, solar thermal and electric water heaters. Also featured is a fully functioning GENUS HE system boiler for in-depth demonstration and many of the static products are cut away allowing greater understanding of some of the principles involved. The vehicle can be plugged in to an electrical supply on site or, where this is not possible, has its own onboard generator.
Neil Mattock, Head of Marketing for Ariston contends, 'It is a fantastic environment to provide comprehensive information on the entire Ariston product range and support services to installers, contractors and merchants alike. In addition, it offers valuable additional opportunities for customers to discuss any queries directly with Ariston personnel. And, of course, a warm Ariston welcome and selection of refreshments are always on hand.'
The Ariston DTV will be on the road throughout the year, visiting merchants by prior arrangement, providing support in these and other locations for customer meetings and installer evenings, as well as regional industry shows. This highly visible vehicle in the distinctive Ariston livery maybe seen on British roads in the coming months as it makes its maiden journey around the country.
